Bedrooms : 6 (5 double beds, 3 bunkbeds, 2 children’s beds).

Ground floor: Entrance hall, 2 separate toilets, bathroom with sink and bath with shower. Living room, TV and DVD player, wood stove, and a large dining table.

A modern open plan kitchen with induction hob, microwave, hot air oven, fridge, separate fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher.

There is also a separate recreation room (with seating, TV, table football and air hockey).

Upper floor: There are 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with sink, bath, shower and toilet, and another separate toilet.

Plus : Parking – wi-fi – garden – barbecue – petanque area – playground equipment – pets allowed

Price :

Weekend: 680 €. – Arrival Friday morning from 10am – Departure Sunday evening 8pm

Per additional day: 80 € (until Wednesday evening 8pm at the latest)

Deposit: €300

Additional cost: electricity = €0.30/kWh (On average between €30 and €50 for a weekend)

After payment of the costs (energy + possible damages), the remaining amount of the deposit will be refunded.

The reservation is only valid when the deposit (300 €) has been paid.

The rent + deposit must be paid 14 days before the start of the stay.
